USED / AS IS Condition, Sperry Gyroscopic Heading Indicator AN 5735-1. Probably early post WWII production with no contract number on instrument. Instrument is complete and heading card spins freely. Cage knob is stiff but it will cage the card and set the heading when pushed fully in. No indication that paint on heading card is luminescent, Headings are all readable and markings are bright white. 
 
Nice collectable instrument commonly found in US WWII aircraft.
